Structure

Coastal Pointe Capital offers membership interests to accredited investors under Regulation D, Rule 506(c). Capital is deployed as opportunities are identified and underwritten, allowing efficient deployment and minimizing cash drag.

Investors receive monthly distributions consisting of interest income from the loan portfolio. Our distribution policy prioritizes consistent cash flow while maintaining adequate reserves for portfolio management and potential loan workouts.

Independent third-party appraisal, internal valuation review, and stress testing of value assumptions under adverse scenarios.

Documentation

Execution of loan documents, title and hazard insurance, and recording of the first-position lien on the collateral property.

Ongoing Monitoring

Regular borrower reporting, property inspections, covenant monitoring, and proactive communication throughout the loan term.
