Miguel Aguiar
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Miguel is the Founder of Coastal Pointe Capital and CEO of Coastal Pointe Homes. He brings over two decades of real estate development, construction, and operating experience across Florida, with a hands-on, operator-led approach to real asset investment. His expertise spans land acquisition, residential development, construction execution, and portfolio oversight. Miguel is directly involved in sourcing, underwriting, and executing projects — working closely with local markets, contractors, and capital partners, and emphasizing disciplined project management and cost control. Based in the Tampa Bay region, his leadership philosophy is rooted in conservative execution and alignment with long-term stakeholders.
Gil Concepcion
Chief Operating Officer
Gil leads operations, capital execution infrastructure, and investor-facing systems across the firm. With over 15 years of experience at the intersection of real estate, private equity, and high-growth businesses, he specializes in building scalable operating systems that drive revenue, improve margins, and support institutional-level execution. Previously, Gil was COO of The Wealth Elevator — a real estate investment platform with over $2 billion in assets under management — where he oversaw capital raising, investor relations, and operational infrastructure across multiple vehicles, including the HUI Fund in Hawaii, supporting over $40 million in investor capital raised. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of South Florida and brings a systems-first approach to operational excellence.
Tyler Kruse
Chief Financial Officer
Tyler brings over a decade of experience spanning banking, corporate finance, and investor relations, with deep expertise in debt markets, cash flow modeling, and risk analysis. He has evaluated and structured more than $150 million in debt and equity transactions, with extensive experience in IRR modeling, DSCR analysis, and pro forma underwriting. Previously, Tyler was Senior Manager of Investor Relations at a national community development organization, serving as the primary financial point of contact for more than 800 investors and building real-time reporting infrastructure for capital and project-level transparency. Earlier, he originated and managed over $150 million in residential and construction loans. He holds a B.B.A. in Managerial Finance from the University of Mississippi and is a licensed NMLS professional.
