These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Coastal Pointe Capital website and investor portal operated by Coastal Pointe Capital, LLC (“Coastal Pointe Capital,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the portal, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Portal access is granted at our discretion and may be reviewed, limited, or revoked.

No offer or investment advice

The website and portal are for informational purposes and account management. Nothing here is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security except through formal offering documents. Any offering is made only under Regulation D Rule 506(c) to verified accredited investors and is subject to the applicable subscription agreement and offering materials, which control in the event of any conflict with these Terms. Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. We do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice.

Accredited-investor verification

Because offerings rely on Rule 506(c), you must complete third-party verification of your accredited-investor status before investing. You agree to provide the documentation reasonably necessary to complete that verification.

Communications consent

By signing up you consent to receive account/transactional and marketing SMS messages and emails as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time (reply STOP to SMS).

SMS messaging terms

Coastal Pointe Capital operates an SMS program to share account updates, investor communications, and information you request. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
